PFINDER 251 is a ready-to-use-suspension of black magnetic particles in low- viscos carrier oil with special additives for magnetic particle testing. With PFINDER 251 surface defects of magnetizable materials can be indicated under daylight conditions.
The particle concentration of PFINDER 251 meets the requirements of ASTM / AMS. PFINDER 251 is suitable for testing at temperatures between 0°C and + 50 °C (temperature of work part).
The product is applicated by direct spraying on the surface to be tested.

APPLICATION
Cover surfaces to be tested thinly and evenly with white contrast paint PFINDER 280. Allow to dry. Apply PFINDER 251 while magnetizing. Black indications will appear immediately on the white background.
The capability of the magnetic particle suspension should be checked regularly by means of own reference pieces or e.g. reference block 1 according EN ISO 9934-3.
