Micro Vickers hardness tester is applicable for hardness testing of carburized layer, ceramic, steel, non-ferrous metals; sheet, metal foil, plating, fine specimen, surface hardened layers; the hardness of the coatings, nitride layer, the gradient measurement of carburized layer and hardened layer. Also suitable for precision Vickers measurement on parallel surface and measure hardness of thin and small objects, when use of other hardness testers is impossible.

NOVOTEST TC-MCV-1M has an integrated microscope for measuring the obtained diagonals of the imprints, automatically calculates the values of the hardness in the Vickers scale and displays the measured value.
Micro Vickers hardness tester needn’t any additional conversion table to be used. Micro Vickers hardness tester allows user to recalculate the obtained value into other hardness scales automatically.
